Redrow Community Programme.

Education is a key area of community support for Redrow, investing heavily in initiatives such as the Redrow Schools Partnership, a joint venture with the National Trust, which brings children together from contrasting urban and rural backgrounds to work together on arts based activities at their local Trust property.

Redrow have developed the “Buster” Health and Safety activity pack, which is designed for use by younger primary school children. It features a range of activities all aimed at teaching pupils about the potential dangers of building sites and will be used in conjunction with school visits and talks given by members of Redrow’s Health and Safety Team.

The company operates a number of apprenticeship schemes in bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing and electrical engineering as well as operating an extensive graduate trainee programme to nurture the talent of young people and encourage them to follow a career within the construction industry.
